My copy of Ubik finally arrived! I've only had a chance to read six pages so far, but what I've read lends itself very well to radio. I can definitely work with this.

So I'm listening to the original Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy radio plays, and in many ways they remind me of Cabin Pressure (which is of course backwards, chronologically), and it occurred to me to wonder if John Finnemore named Douglas Richardson after Douglas Adams and Arthur Knapp-Shappey after Arthur Dent ( Read more... )
